How far are you from Travis AFB?
7 miles. Exit the base onto Airbase Parkway, turn right on Peabody Rd. and go 7 miles into Vacaville. We are at Peabody Rd. & Marshall Road
Do you take pets?
Yes, indoor cats & specific breeds of dogs require an additional deposit of $500. For rabbits & un-caged birds there is an additional deposit of $250.
Are utilities included?
Utilities are not included in the rental rate. You pay PG&E directly for your gas and electric use. The entire apartment is electric, with the exception of the water heater, which is gas. You also pay a portion of the water, sewer & trash. This monthly rate is determined by the number of people living in the apartment.
What school would my kids go to?
If your child is in elementary school they will attend either Paden Elementary on Davis Street or Fairmont Elementary on Marshall Road. For middle school they would attend Vaca Pena on Nut Tree Road, and for high school Will C. Wood on Marshall Road.
What if I don't have a washer and dryer?
You can use one of our two laundry rooms with coin operated machines until 10pm or you can lease a full size washer and dryer from a third party. The community consultant can give you more information.
Is your property safe?
We currently participate in the Crime Free Multi-Family Housing Program through the Vacaville Police Department. We also have a Courtesy Patrol Service that patrols the property seven nights a week.
